Our Impression

Editorial Team

Why We Chose It

The Domes Aulus sits in Elounda on the sheltered Mirabello Bay, one of the calmest and most elegant corners of Crete. The 5-star suites with in-room whirlpools, an infinity pool and Mediterranean fine dining clearly favour privacy over hustle and bustle.

Ideal For

Couples seeking Cretan elegance with a spa and refined cuisine in a stylish bayside setting.

The Ambience

Calm, Mediterranean-luxurious and built for togetherness. The bay lends the whole place a serene, almost private atmosphere.

Good to Know

Minimum age 16, so not a strictly 18+ property. Elounda lies in the east of Crete and a little off the main hubs; a rental car noticeably extends your range.
