About this adults-only hotel in Arrecife

The Villa VIK Hotel Boutique is a 4-star Adults-Only hotel in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands in Spain. The elegant boutique adults hotel is set in the quiet residential district of Playa del Cable and was completely renovated in 2007 – modern design meets classic accents, without coming across as contrived. Anyone wishing to enjoy Lanzarote in peace, without children's commotion, will find here a well-kept setting designed exclusively for adults.

The location is practical: via the beach promenade you reach the town centre of Arrecife as well as Playa Honda beach within a few minutes. In the hotel itself an infinity pool provides soothing breaks with a view, while the restaurant places the island's cuisine with local wines centre stage. The suites have their own balconies or terraces – ideal for letting the evening fade away outdoors. Anyone specifically searching for romantic hotels for couples in the Canaries is in the right place here.

The child-free hotel is particularly suited to couples and travellers seeking a quiet break on Lanzarote – without compromising on comfort. The combination of a central location right by the coast, high-quality gastronomy and an infinity pool that invites you to linger makes the Villa VIK Hotel Boutique a coherent choice for an Adults-Only stay in the Canary Islands.

Why We Chose It

The Villa VIK in Arrecife is an elegant boutique art hotel on Lanzarote, where every suite is individually designed and a roof terrace opens up views over the sea. With a good restaurant and local wines, the focus is on design and indulgence rather than resort scale. Its central location near Arrecife makes it a town-side alternative to the classic holiday resorts.

Ideal For

Design-minded couples 16+ who prefer an intimate boutique house with art and good cuisine.

The Ambience

Stylish and individual, with the personal character of a small art hotel.

Good to Know

As a small boutique hotel near town, it offers no large resort programme with spa or sprawling pool landscapes.
