How we rate
The Adults Oasis Score sums up each property in a single number from 0 to 10 – calculated from around 30 concrete features, using the same formula for every hotel. Here you can see exactly what goes into it.
Data-driven
We rate objective features – amenities, location, hotel category. No gut feeling, no paid placement.
Designed for couples
We weight what matters for a child-free holiday for two: peace and wellness above all else. A generic star rating doesn't capture that.
Independent & transparent
The formula is disclosed and the same for every property. It is an editorial assessment by Adults Oasis – not purchased or faked guest reviews.
Five categories that matter for an adults-only holiday
Each category yields a sub-score from 0 to 10. The overall score is their weighted average – peace and wellness count the most, because they are the heart of an Adults-Only stay.
Tranquillity & Privacy
Weighting 25%- ✓Strict Adults-Only policy (no family or children operations)

- ✓Service-oriented amenities (parking, Wi-Fi, EV charging station)
Scale & calculation
- ✓Scale from 0 to 10, accurate to one decimal place – so even subtle differences stay visible.
- ✓Overall score = weighted average: Peace & privacy and Wellness & spa 25 % each, Romance 20 %, Cuisine and Service 15 % each.
- ✓Basic requirement for inclusion: a property must be genuinely Adults-Only / child-free. This requirement cannot be bought.
