These Terms and Conditions (the «Terms») apply to the use of the website adultsoasis.com (hereinafter the «Platform»), operated by 360Digital, Bodenacherstrasse 20, 8121 Benglen, Switzerland (hereinafter the «Operator»).

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, we kindly ask you not to use the platform.

Adults Oasis is an information and referral platform for adults-only hotels in Europe, in particular in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy and France.

The platform offers:

— A curated overview of hotels that exclusively or primarily welcome guests aged 16/18 and over
— Filtering options by region, category and amenities
— Referral to hotel websites and booking portals (affiliate links)
— The ability to send direct enquiries to hotels via contact forms
— Editorial content and recommendations

Adults Oasis is neither a tour operator nor a travel agent within the meaning of the Package Travel Act. Bookings are concluded exclusively between the user and the respective hotel or booking portal. The operator does not become a party to the accommodation contract.

The platform contains links to third parties (hotels, booking portals such as Booking.com, etc.). Some of these links are affiliate links through which the operator receives a commission if a booking is made.

The commission has no influence on the price for the user. Hotel recommendations and placements are based on editorial criteria and user reviews, not on the amount of the commission.

Users can send enquiries directly to hotels via the platform. The contact details entered (name, email, telephone, travel dates, message) are forwarded to the respective hotel.

The operator does not guarantee that the hotel will respond to the enquiry or that availability exists for the requested period.

Group enquiries: Users can mark several hotels as favourites and send a group enquiry to several hotels at once. The contact details are forwarded separately to each selected hotel.

The hotel information presented on the platform (descriptions, prices, amenities, images, minimum age) is researched to the best of our knowledge and updated regularly.

However, the operator assumes no warranty for:

— The accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the hotel information
— Prices, availability and the actual services of the hotels
— The actual compliance with the adults-only concept by the hotel
— The quality of the stay

The respective hotels are themselves responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided.

The content of the platform may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes. In particular, the following is prohibited without prior written permission:

— Automated data collection (scraping, crawling)
— Systematic downloading of content
— Commercial reuse of texts, images or data
— Embedding the platform in frames or iframes

Hotels can apply for inclusion via the platform. By submitting, the hotelier confirms:

— The accuracy of the information provided
— The actual existence of an adults-only concept (minimum age of 16 or 18)
— The right to use the submitted images and texts

The operator reserves the right to reject submissions without giving reasons or to remove hotels that have already been listed.

All content on the platform — in particular texts, descriptions, graphics, logos and the design — is protected by copyright and is the property of the operator or the respective rights holders.

Any reproduction, distribution or making available to the public requires prior written consent.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

The operators of linked external websites are solely responsible for their content. The operator has no influence over the current and future design and content of linked pages.

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Uster, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
